முத்தலாக் தடைச் சட்டத்தின்படி மூன்று முறை தலாக் கூறும் முஸ்லிம் இளைஞர்களை மட்டும் சிறையில் தள்ளும் சட்டம் மத அடிப்படையில் பாரப்பட்சமானது இந்திய ஜனநாயகம் வழங்கியுள்ள அடிப்படை உரிமை மற்றும் இந்திய அரசமைப்புச் சட்டத்திற்கு எதிரானது என ஏகத்துவ முஸ்லிம் ஜமாஅத்தின் அமைப்புச் செயலாளர் நசீர் அஹமத் இன்று ANI நிறுவனத்திற்கு அளித்த பேட்டியில் கூறினார்.

“Criminalising Muslim Men under the Muslim Women ( Protection of Rights on Marriage ) bill passed by Government is against democratic rights provided by constitution and it is discrimination by religion ” Said Nazeer Ahamed, Secretary, Yegathuva Muslim Jamath during an Interview with ANI today.
